SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Electric bikes

Shipping is available to all states and territories in Australia. As all electric bikes are shipped with batteries (lithium-ion) the freight is classed as dangerous goods. This means that the freight requires extra care which means higher charges are levied for its transport. For all electric bikes our specialist freight companies are selected that deal with dangerous goods as many carriers do not offer this service. Shipping times will vary depending on location. For all Sydney & Brisbane stock general delivery times are 3-7 working days. We aim to ship the goods at next day so long as it is in stock. For all orders you will be provided with a tracking link which will provide you with regular updates on your order. Expect longer than usual shipping times on Bulky Freight during COVID-19 and Peak Festive Shopping Periods of anywhere from 7 to 20 Business Days. Although we anticipate this to not be the case, it has occurred on odd occasions particularly in COVID or Storm effected areas.

Spare Parts & Accessories

Shipping is available to all states and territories in Australia. We primarily use Australia Post general delivery service. Allow 3-7 working days to receive goods sent from stock in Australia. For any stock from overseas allow 14-21 working days. We will provide you with tracking links for all orders. Where possible we hold stock in Sydney and Brisbane to speed up delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping to most destinations is estimated at $100 – $200 per b(including the dangerous goods charge) for each customer order however this is an estimate only. Destinations that are remote to Brisbane e.g. Western Australia, Darwin etc. and rural areas can attract higher freight charges however we cap these charges at $400 unless special circumstances apply. We take extra care when packing your electric bike and do our best to protect it should it experience rough handling whilst in transit.

Remote Locations & Islands

Surcharges will apply for all orders going to remote locations or Islands across Australia (e.g. Macquarie Island, Lord Howe, Thursday Island, Kangaroo Island, Russell Island etc) and we reserve the right to cancel any order to such location or adjust shipping fee’s where necessary, we recommend Contacting Us for a Quote if you believe you may be subject to such charges

P.O Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockboxes unless prior arrangement is made with a member of our team and can only be done with small articles under 20kg Shipped via Australia Post Only.

Shipping Insurance

It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain insurance for goods in transit. We strongly advise you to obtain insurance for valuable items

  • Please do not accept delivery from the courier if you judge that the package and contents have been damaged.
  • Please do not sign for a package as damaged even if the driver asks you to do so. Signing for damage often voids any liability of the shipping company and will also void the insurance covering that consignment.

Order Processing

All orders placed are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days, where we aim to have all orders dispatched same day before 2pm NSW, AU time. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include the overall shipping time. If your order does not arrive within 16 Business Days of the fulfilment shipment date please notify us by emailing [email protected] along with your order number.

How Your Order is Shipped

All products are shipped boxed and/or packed securely of which some items such as Bikes are sent 80% Assembled and may require professional assembly before use. If you are not confident in assembling your product safely, please contact us and if needed we can provide assembly videos or visit your store. Incorrect assembly may result in your warranty becoming void.

Correct Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery, as once we ship your order we cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fee’s.

Refund & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement item if you change your mind after your make a purchase. Our policy is:

  • We do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind on electric bicycles, sale and financed items after 30 days.
  • We do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind on accessories after 7 days. This is from date of purchase.
  • We do not refund delivery fees.
